Tamika Pichardo Gets Honored

Tamika Pichardo is grateful for her opportunities.

Tamika Pichardo (Call Center) has been awarded a Special Project Bonus for her work on the Amcom Upgrade Project.

Awarded by Felicia Bianchi and Marisa Benson (both of the PMO) on behalf of the project team, they noted that Tamika had never participated in a complex project like this before. With both Bonita and Mollie out on leave in the months leading up to go-live, Tamika took the lead for the Call Center on this project.

She trained the staff on changes and coordinated the PS upgrade to the new version during the cut-over. Tamika also worked with Amcom staff to troubleshoot and resolve configuration issues. She was critical to the smooth launch week at the call center and remained calm and competent at all times.

In addition, Tamika was noted as being a Most Valuable Player in the Call Center.

Geneva McCants is Appreciated

Geneva McCants gets things done!

I just wanted to thank Geneva McCants (Call Center) so much for her great customer service and promptness in assisting me. We had a work order done for new workstation setups in our A/P department last month and have been getting the run around with someone helping us get the telephone voicemails setup. Geneva took the time to dig deeper to find out that the actual activation was never completed and took care of the problem.

It's employees such as Geneva that set good working relations within the Emory network as a whole. Geneva, you are appreciated!
